PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when discharge power and generated power are used for winding simply in combination, a residual amount of a charging device becomes insufficient before completion of winding and a load of a power generator suddenly increases, power generation efficiency is degraded, and the power generator fails.SOLUTION: There are provided a control device which has a command receiving section which receives a winding command for a crane having a motor that converts generated power from a power generator and discharge power from a charging device into drive power, and a discharge control section which controls the discharge power that is supplied as at least a part of the drive power so that the discharge power is controlled to such a size as to continuously supplied from the charging device to the motor until completion of the winding, based on a residual amount of the charging device; a crane drive device and a crane device using the same; and a program used for the control device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
