PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicle lateral structure that can suppress electric corrosion of a rocker and a side member outer.SOLUTION: In a vehicle lateral structure, a clearance 38 is formed on an upper side of a junction 35 where a rocker outer panel 22 constituting a vehicle outer side of a rocker 20 and a side member outer 30 are jointed, and a foam material 44 is filled into the clearance 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
