PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle lateral structure that can inhibit deformation in a cabin inside direction of a pillar upper part at lateral collision.SOLUTION: In the vehicle lateral structure, a reinforcement patch 40 is disposed on a cabin inside of a rail outer 20. The reinforcement patch 40 has an upper reinforcement part 44 and a lower reinforcement part 46 and a reinforcement longitudinal ridge line 48 is formed along an outer ridge line 24 in a boundary part between the upper reinforcement part and the lower reinforcement part. A bead 52 is formed on the reinforcement longitudinal ridge line 48 while having an interval.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
