PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic operation switching device, a vehicle control system and an automatic operation switching method capable of allowing a driver to smoothly take over the driving of a vehicle without confusion.SOLUTION: The automatic operation switching device 1 includes: a detection part 21; a determination part 22; and a changeover part 23. The detection part detects a predetermined cancellation operation which is made by a driver of a vehicle during automatic drive in which plural drive controls are parallelly executed. The determination part determines the availability of the drive control corresponding to the cancellation operation detected by the detection part. When the determination part determines that the drive control corresponding to the cancellation operation is available, the changeover part selectively cancels the relevant drive control to switch the operation mode from the automatic drive mode to a semi-automatic drive mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】運転者が戸惑うことなく円滑に車両の走行を引き継ぐことができる自動運転切替装置、車両制御システムおよび自動運転切替方法を提供すること。【解決手段】自動運転切替装置1は、検出部21と、判定部22と、切替部23とを備える。検出部は、複数の運転制御を並行して実行する自動運転中に車両の運転者による所定の解除動作を検出する。判定部は、検出部によって検出された解除動作に対応する運転制御の有無を判定する。切替部は、判定部によって解除動作に対応する運転制御があると判定された場合に、当該運転制御を選択的に解除することで、自動運転から半自動運転へ切り替える。【選択図】図2
