SOLUTION: An actuator is installed between a vehicle body of a vehicle on which a bolsterless bogie is mounted and a truck frame. A sensor is installed on at least any one of the vehicle body, bogie and wheel shaft. One or plural parameters having correlation with steady lateral pressure are calculated on the basis of a state amount acquired in travel, by the sensor, and a thrust command value to the actuator is determined by applying a prescribed transmission function to the calculation value. At the same time, one or plural parameters having correlation with variation lateral pressure are calculated, and a thrust command value to the actuator is determined by applying a prescribed transmission function to the calculation value. Then, the two thrust command values are combined for determining thrust generated on the actuator.EFFECT: As a result, maximum lateral pressure generated in travel can be efficiently reduced, so that travel maximum speed can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
