PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerator pedal mechanism of causing no runaway by wrong stepping of an accelerator pedal and a brake pedal.SOLUTION: A fundamental factor of wrong stepping of an accelerator pedal and a brake pedal is caused by the fact that the action directions of the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal are in the same stepping-in direction. Here, in the present invention, the wrong stepping is eliminated by separating the action direction of a foot on the accelerator pedal into two direction of a swing in the stepping-in direction and the lateral direction. Stepping-in of the accelerator pedal is set as the same brake action as the brake pedal, and the lateral direction is set as the accelerator action. Due to being separated in this way, an accelerator arm for supporting the accelerator pedal can be attracted by an electromagnet, and is made to act as an accelerator when the accelerator arm is attracted, and is made to act as a brake when the accelerator arm separates from the electromagnet by strongly stepping on the accelerator pedal. The accelerator action is executed by ON-OFF of a switch installed on the right end of the accelerator pedal, and output control of an engine is controlled by its frequency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 アクセルペダルとブレーキペダルの踏み違いによる暴走のないアクセルペダル機構の提供【解決手段】 アクセルとブレーキの踏み違いの根本的な原因はアクセルペダルとブレーキペダルの作用方向が同じ踏み込む方向ということに起因する。そこで本発明ではアクセルペダル上の足の作用方向を踏み込む方向と横方向への振りの2つの方向へ分けて踏み違いを無くす。アクセルペダルの踏み込みはブレーキペダルと同じブレーキ作用とし、横方向はアクセル作用とする。このように分けるため、アクセルペダルを支持するアクセルアームを電磁石で吸着できるようにしておき、吸着時はアクセル作用、アクセルペダルを強く踏み込んでアクセルアームが電磁石から離れたらブレーキとして作用することとする。アクセル作用はアクセルペダルの右端に設置したスイッチのON‐OFFで行いエンジンの出力制御はその回数で制御する。【選択図】図1
