PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption required for cooling of a cooling object space.SOLUTION: A condenser (22) is provided above a cooling object space. An evaporator (24) is configured to perform heat exchange between air and a coolant, and is provided in the cooling object space. A state of a coolant circuit (20) can be switched between a first state in which, a compressor (21) is set to become in a drive state, a coolant is circulated so that, the coolant flown from the evaporator (24) passes the compressor (21) and flows in the condenser (22), and a second state in which, the compressor (21) is set to become in a stop state, the coolant is circulated by natural convection of the coolant so that, the coolant flown from the evaporator (24) makes a detour the compressor (21) and flows in the condenser (22).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
