PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking brake device capable of easily corresponding to a desire of a user relating to the presence/absence of a function for detecting the tension of a cable.SOLUTION: A parking brake device 1 has an operation lever 10; a base member 20; and a tension detecting unit 30. The tension detecting unit 30 detects tension generated on a brake cable C. The tension detecting unit 30 has a first plate member 40, a second plate member 50, a coil spring 80, and a tension detecting switch 90. By changing a relative distance between the first plate member 40 and the second plate member 50, the tension generated on the brake cable C is detected. The tension detecting unit 30 is configured by assembling a structure member such as the second plate member 50 to the first plate member 40. The first plate member 40 makes a first locking claw 45 and the like cooperate with a first locking hole 13 and the like of a lever body portion 12, and is detachably attached to the lever body portion 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】ケーブルの張力を検知する機能の有無に係るユーザの要望に容易に対応可能なパーキングブレーキ装置等を提供する。【解決手段】パーキングブレーキ装置1は、操作レバー10と、ベース部材20と、張力検知ユニット30とを有しており、張力検知ユニット30によって、ブレーキケーブルCに生じた張力を検知する。張力検知ユニット30は、第1プレート部材40と、第2プレート部材50と、コイルスプリング80と、張力検知スイッチ90とを有しており、第1プレート部材40と第2プレート部材50との相対的な距離を変化させて、ブレーキケーブルCに生じた張力を検知する。張力検知ユニット30は、第1プレート部材40に第2プレート部材50等の構成部材を組み付けて構成されており、第1プレート部材40は、第1係止爪45等を、レバー本体部12の第1係止孔13等と協働させて、レバー本体部12に着脱可能に取り付けられる。【選択図】図1
