The parking cylinder comprises: a parking cylinder body; a first force transmissionmechanism arranged in the parking cylinder body; a locking mechanism arranged in the parking cylinder body, wherein the locking mechanism comprises a first locking piece and a second locking piece which are matched with each other, and the first locking piece is connected with the first force transmission mechanism; and a relieving device connected with the second locking piece. The parking brakeunit comprises the parking cylinder and a brake cylinder, a brake cylinder body of the brake cylinder is connected with the parking cylinder body, and a brake piston of the brake cylinder is connected with the first force transmission mechanism. The parking cylinder of a light-weight and small-size mechanical locking structure is adopted, so that the longitudinal and vertical sizes of the brake clamp unit are short, the mounting space of the brake clamp unit is reduced, the weight of the brake clamp unit is reduced, and the risk of parking brake failure caused by spring breakage does not exist in the parking brake process.
本发明涉及一种停放缸、停放制动单元、制动夹钳单元、制动系统及车辆,所述停放缸包括:停放缸体;第一传力机构,设于停放缸体内;锁定机构,设于停放缸体内,所述锁定机构包括相配合的第一锁定件与第二锁定件,所述第一锁定件与所述第一传力机构连接;缓解装置,与所述第二锁定件连接。所述停放制动单元包括停放缸和制动缸,所述停放缸采用上述停放缸,制动缸的制动缸体与停放缸体连接,制动缸的制动活塞与第一传力机构连接。本发明采用重量轻、体积小机械锁定结构的停放缸,使制动夹钳单元的纵向及垂向尺寸更短,减小了制动夹钳单元的安装空间,减轻了制动夹钳单元的重量,且停放制动过程中不存在弹簧断裂导致停放制动失效的风险。
