PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a captive balloon capable of appropriately controlling the take-up device when a trouble occurs in ascending a balloon by rolling out a mooring cable from a take-up device.SOLUTION: A captive balloon 1 of the invention comprises: a balloon 10; a mooring cable 20 with one end of which is connected to a surface of the balloon 10; a take-up device 40 for rolling out and taking up the mooring cable 20; a mooring cable length sensor 46 for detecting a length of the mooring cable 20 rolled out from the take-up device 40, and outputting a mooring cable length signal indicating the detected length of the mooring cable 20; and a roll-out stop instruction part 68 for outputting a roll-out stop signal indicating stopping of the roll-out of the mooring cable 20 to the take-up device 40, when the length of the mooring cable 20 is determined to be reduced while the take-up device 40 is rolling out the mooring cable 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】係留索を巻取装置から巻き出して気球を上昇させる間に不具合が係留装置に発生した場合に巻取装置を適切に制御することができる係留気球を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る係留気球1は、気球10と、一端が気球10の表面に接続された係留索20と、係留索20を巻き出し又は巻き取る巻取装置40と、巻取装置40から巻き出された係留索20の長さを検出し、検出した係留索20の長さを示す係留索長信号を出力する係留索長センサ46と、巻取装置40が係留索20を巻き出している間に、係留索20の長さが減少したと判定されたときに、係留索20の巻き出しの停止を示す巻出停止信号を巻取装置40に出力する巻出停止指示部68とを有する。【選択図】図2
