PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure redundancy of a radio communication path.SOLUTION: Each of radio communication terminals 112A to 112F is installed on a path through which a moving body 101 moves, and comprises a link control unit and a transmission unit. The link control unit controls a radio communication link with a radio communication base station 111 mounted on the moving body 101 on the basis of positional information of the moving body 101 generated by a control device 104 controlling the moving body 101. The link control unit can establish a radio communication link with a single communication partner. The radio communication base station 111 can simultaneously establish radio communication links with a plurality of communication partners. The transmission unit transmits the positional information through the radio communication link with the radio communication base station 111.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
