PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-joint seabed robot system for deep sea exploration which allows continuous execution of a super-proximity seabed exploration as well as stable traveling even in slopes and chimneys by walking and swimming.SOLUTION: The multi-joint seabed robot system includes: a multi-joint seabed robot 100 having a plurality of first and second pressure-resistant containers withstanding deep-sea pressure, obtaining marine research data, performing proximity and precise exploration of seabed terrains, and transmitting underwater status data; a mother ship 300 monitoring and controlling moving directions of multi-joint seabed robot; and a depressor 200 having a third pressure-resistant container, linked with the mother ship by a primary cable, and preventing transmission of in-water resistance of the primary cable to the multi-joint seabed robot. The plurality of first pressure-resistant containers are spherical and mounted on a robot body frame, the plurality of second pressure-resistant containers are cylindrical and mounted between right and left robot legs, and the third pressure-resistant container is cylindrical and mounted inside a depressor platform.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
