PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a common component to simply be adapted for a plurality of models or specifications in a deceleration reverse rotation machine while reducing cost by using the same as much as possible.SOLUTION: A deceleration reverse rotation machine 11 of this present application comprises an input shaft 13 where the rotation power of a main engine 10 is input, forward and rearward switching mechanisms 14, 15 that switch the rotation power of the input shaft 13 into forward, neutral and rearward, and an output shaft 16 where the rotation power of the forward and rearward switching mechanisms 14, 15 are output, and a deceleration mechanism 17 that transmits the rotation power of the output shaft 16 into a propeller shaft 6 by deceleration. A forward and rearward housing 18 that stores the forward and rearward switching mechanisms 14, 15 is coupled with a deceleration housing 19 that stores the deceleration mechanism 17 to be attachable and detachable forward and rearward in the axial direction of the output shaft 16. The deceleration mechanism 17 couples a plurality of conical gears of the same angle or configures conical gears of different angles into a conical gear mechanism where a plurality of the same are coupled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】できるだけ共通部品を使用してコスト低減を図りつつ、減速逆転機における複数の機種や仕様に簡単に適合できるようにする。【解決手段】本願発明の減速逆転機11は、主機関10の回転動力が入力される入力軸13と、入力軸13の回転動力を前進と中立と後進とに切り換える前後進切換機構14,15と、前後進切換機構14,15の回転動力が出力される出力軸16と、出力軸16の回転動力を減速させてプロペラ軸6に伝達する減速機構17とを備える。前後進切換機構14,15を収容する前後進ハウジング18と減速機構17を収容する減速ハウジング19とを出力軸16の軸線方向前後に着脱可能に連結する。減速機構17は、同一アングル角のコニカルギヤを複数連結するか、又は、異なるアングル角のコニカルギヤを複数連結したコニカルギヤ機構に構成する。【選択図】図2
