PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting a tire deteriorated condition which allows for improvement in the prediction accuracy for deteriorated condition of a tire in use or used tire.SOLUTION: The method for predicting a tire deteriorated condition is provided that uses a tire model constituted of a plurality of elements to predict a deteriorated condition of a tire with a computer. The method comprises: an information acquisition step of acquiring information on a use environment including histories of pressure and temperature in an air chamber during the use of the tire and a history of load acting on the tire and information on tire characteristics including material characteristics of members constituting the tire; a temperature history calculation step of calculating a temperature history of the tire for each of the elements on the basis of respective information acquired in the information acquisition step; an oxygen concentration history calculation step of calculating an oxygen concentration history for each of the elements on the basis of respective information and the temperature history for each of the elements; and a tire deteriorated condition evaluation step of evaluating the deteriorated condition of the tire on the basis of the oxygen concentration history for each of the elements.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】使用中や使用済みタイヤの劣化状態の予測精度を向上可能なタイヤ劣化状態予測方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】複数の要素で構成されたタイヤモデルを用いてタイヤの劣化状態をコンピュータにより予測するタイヤ劣化状態予測方法であって、タイヤの使用時の気室内の圧力の履歴及び温度の履歴、当該タイヤに作用する荷重の履歴を含む使用環境に関する情報と、タイヤを構成する部材の材料特性を含むタイヤ特性に関する情報とを取得する情報取得ステップと、情報取得ステップにより取得された各情報に基づいて、前記タイヤの温度履歴を要素毎に算出する温度履歴算出ステップと、各情報及び要素毎の温度履歴に基づいて、酸素濃度履歴を要素毎に算出する酸素濃度履歴算出ステップと、要素毎の酸素濃度履歴に基づいて、タイヤの劣化状態を評価するタイヤ劣化状態評価ステップとを含むようにした。【選択図】図6
