PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, a vehicle, an information processing method and a program capable of accurately calculating the reliability of attribute in the areas around a moving body with a small processing amount.SOLUTION: An information processor in an embodiment includes: an acquisition part; an attribute determination part; and a setting part. The acquisition part acquires plural pieces of observation information around a moving body. The attribute determination part generates plural pieces of attribute information around the moving body based on the plural pieces of observation information. The setting part sets the reliability of the attribute information around the moving body based on the correlation among the plural pieces of attribute information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
