PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately forecast an occurrence rate of accidents on a road.SOLUTION: In an accident forecast system, an accident forecast table creation processing part creates an accident forecast table indicating an accident occurrence rate for each traffic condition by learning an accident occurrence pattern for a specific section of a road with at least past traffic data and past accident data on the basis of a specific learning algorithm. A traffic data acquisition processing part acquires current traffic data from a sensor which measures a traffic condition for the section. A probe information acquisition processing part acquires current probe information on a vehicle traveling through the section from an outside probe information system. An accident forecast processing part forecasts an accident occurrence rate by using the current traffic data, the current probe information and the accident forecast table for the section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】道路での事故発生度をより高精度で予報すること。【解決手段】実施形態における事故予報システムにおいて、事故予報用テーブル作成処理部は、道路の所定の区間について、少なくとも、過去交通データ、および、過去事故データを用いて、所定の学習アルゴリズムに基づいて事故発生パターンを学習して、交通状況ごとの事故発生度を表す事故予報用テーブルを作成する。交通データ取得処理部は、前記区間について、交通状況を計測するセンサから現在交通データを取得する。プローブ情報取得処理部は、外部のプローブ情報システムから、前記区間を走行する車両の現在プローブ情報を取得する。事故予報処理部は、前記区間について、現在交通データ、現在プローブ情報、および、事故予報用テーブルを用いて、事故発生度を予報する。【選択図】図1
