PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further increase the accuracy of learning and forecast of the likelihood of accident occurrence.SOLUTION: An accident forecast system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a table creation processing unit, a traffic data acquisition processing unit, and a forecast processing unit. The table creation processing unit performs learning correlating first past traffic data measured in the past at each point along a route and second past traffic data measured simultaneously with the first past traffic data at at least one point out of two adjacent points upstream and downstream from the measurement point of the first past traffic data, and creates an accident occurrence prediction table. The traffic data acquisition processing unit acquires first present traffic data measured at present at each point and second present traffic data measured simultaneously with the first present traffic data at at least one point. The forecast processing unit forecasts the likelihood of accident occurrence at each point by using the accident occurrence prediction table and the first present traffic data and second present traffic data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】事故の発生しやすさの学習および予報の精度をより高める。【解決手段】実施形態による事故発生予報システムは、テーブル作成処理部と、交通データ取得処理部と、予報処理部とを備える。テーブル作成処理部は、路線上の各地点において過去に計測された第1の過去交通データと、第1の過去交通データの計測地点の上流側および下流側に隣接する2地点のうち少なくとも一方の地点において第1の過去交通データと同時に計測された第2の過去交通データとを対応付けて学習を行い、事故発生予測テーブルを作成する。交通データ取得処理部は、各地点において現在計測された第1の現在交通データと、少なくとも一方の地点において第1の現在交通データと同時に計測された第2の現在交通データとを取得する。予報処理部は、事故発生予測テーブルと、第1の現在交通データおよび第2の現在交通データとを用いて、各地点における事故の発生しやすさを予報する。【選択図】図1
