PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a state that the center of gravity of a machine body is sufficiently lowered by largely ascending a truck frame while employing a structure having a cancel link as a swing arm.SOLUTION: A swing arm comprises a first arm 41 which is pivotally connected to a truck frame 3 at a lower part, and a second arm 42 which is connected to an upper part of the first arm 41 over a machine body frame. The first arm 41 and the second arm 42 are connected to each other so as to be relatively turntable via a connecting shaft 43 having a lateral axial core p1 along left and right directions, and a notch s3 into which the connecting shaft 43 can intrude is formed within a width in a vertical direction of the truck frame 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
