To provide a crawler traveling device, a crawler monitoring system, a crawler traveling vehicle and a crawler monitoring method which can detect a sign of derailment of a driven wheel from a rubber crawler.SOLUTION: The crawler travelling device includes a driving wheel, a driven wheel, an endless rubber crawler, and a sensor capable of acquiring load information on a load of the driven wheel received by the rubber crawler. The rubber crawler includes an endless crawler belt and a plurality of cored bars. The cored bars include a pair of cored bar projections. The driven wheel is driven and rotated so as to be abutted on an inner surface of the rubber crawler at at least either a position between the pair of cored bar projections or a position outside both the pair of cored bar projections. The sensor can acquire projection load information in at least either the crawler width direction and the crawler thickness direction of the driven wheel received from the cored bar projections as the load information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
