PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit clogging of a filter of a blower for blowing cooling air to a battery device.SOLUTION: A blower 14 has: a door duct 28 provided in a door 18 of a vehicle; and a blower 30 which is provided within the door 18 and can selectively generate bidirectional airflow flowing in a normal direction and an opposite direction in the door duct 28. The door duct 28 has: an inlet 32 opening to a vehicle cabin; and an outlet 34 which is connected with an opening of a vehicle body duct 26 leading to a battery device 12 and provided at a vehicle body when the door 18 is closed. A filter 42 for removing dust is provided at the inlet 32. When an opening/closing sensor 48 detects the door 18 being opened, the blower 30 forms airflow flowing toward the inlet 32 to remove the dust captured by the filter 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
