PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling blower which prevents water immersion of a motor unit while preventing the performance deterioration of the cooling blower.SOLUTION: A cooling blower 10 sends air, which is suctioned from a vehicle cabin through a suction port 18 communicating with the vehicle cabin, to an on-vehicle secondary battery. The cooling blower 10 includes: a blower fan 12; a motor unit 14 which is provided at the opposite side of the suction port 18 with the blower fan 12 sandwiched therebetween and rotationally drives the blower fan 12; and a case 16 for housing the blower fan 12 and the motor unit 14. A drain hole 20 for draining a liquid to an exterior part is formed at a position of the case 16, the position being located closer to the motor unit 14 than the blower fan 12 and below the motor unit 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
