PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turn control device for a vehicle whose target yaw rate does not become instable even if a control gain is changed according to a yaw rate deviation or a magnitude of a road face friction coefficient.SOLUTION: This turn control device for a vehicle comprises: multiple-target yaw rate calculation means 25; multiple-yaw moment calculation means 27; yaw rate deviation calculation means 29; road face friction coefficient calculation means 24; control gain calculation means 26; and target yaw rate correction means 32. The target yaw rate correction means 32 corrects a target yaw rate according to a plurality of calculated target yaw rates and a control gain which is calculated from at least either of a yaw rate deviation and a road face friction coefficient. The target yaw rate is made to approximate a vehicle original response characteristic from an initial response characteristic as the road face friction coefficient becomes small or the yaw rate deviation becomes large.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】ヨーレート偏差または路面摩擦係数の大きさに応じて制御ゲインを変化させても、目標ヨーレートが不安定になることのない車両の旋回制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】この車両の旋回制御装置は、複数目標ヨーレート計算手段25、複数ヨーモーメント計算手段27、ヨーレート偏差計算手段29、路面摩擦係数計算手段24、制御ゲイン計算手段26、目標ヨーレート補正手段32を備える。目標ヨーレート補正手段32は、前記計算された複数の目標ヨーレートと、前記ヨーレート偏差および路面摩擦係数の少なくとも一方から計算される制御ゲインとに応じて目標ヨーレートを補正する。路面摩擦係数が小さくまたはヨーレート偏差が大きくなるほど、目標ヨーレートを初期の応答特性から車両本来の応答特性に近付けていく。【選択図】図3
