PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flight control method capable of further reducing danger of collision of an unmanned flight body: and to provide an unmanned flight body.SOLUTION: A flight control method comprises: a step (S2) of acquiring a traveling direction of an unmanned flight body; a step (S3) of deciding a flight altitude range corresponding to the acquired traveling direction from a plurality of flight altitude ranges on the basis of information correlating each of the plurality of traveling directions to each of the plurality of flight altitude ranges where the altitudes are different from each other and also not overlapped on each other; a step (S4) of acquiring the present flight altitude of the unmanned flight body; and a step (S7) of controlling the flight of the unmanned flight body so as to fly within the decided flight altitude range when the acquired flight altitude is not included in the decided flight altitude range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
