PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for an engine capable of suppressing supercooling of coolant by a radiator.SOLUTION: A cooling device for an engine includes: a radiator 4 stored in a storage space of a vehicle and radiating the heat of an engine 2; a circulation passage and a coolant pump 20 for circulating coolant between the engine 2 and the radiator 4; an air introduction section for introducing outside air to the radiator 4 from a front side of the vehicle; an opening/closing section 30 which is provided between the storage space and the outside of the vehicle to be opened and closed and can discharge the air in the storage space to the outside of the vehicle when being opened; and a control section 40 for executing control to open the opening/closing section 30 when a traveling speed of the vehicle is equal to or lower than a predetermined speed and a liquid temperature of the coolant is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
