PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compatible both the support stiffness and the impact absorption performance of a fender panel.SOLUTION: A fender bracket 20 is attached to an upper part of a fender panel, and comprises a panel receiving part 21, a front-side leg part 22 extending downwardly from a front part of the panel receiving part 21, and a rear-side leg part 24 extending downwardly from a rear part. The leg parts 22, 24 are attached to a pedestal part 10 via attachment parts 23, 25. A front-side bent part 22a is arranged ahead of a first reference line X for connecting an upper end 22b and a lower end 22c of the front-side leg part 22, and a second reference line Y for connecting an upper end 24b and a lower end 24c of the rear-side leg part 24 is inclined frontward of the first reference line X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
