PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper frame system of a crane upper frame structure and a crane manufacturing method capable of assembling a crane by raising the upper frame structure of the crane irrespective of a place and lowering the manufacturing cost and transport cost.SOLUTION: An upper frame system 30 comprises multiple upper frame devices 31A - 31D. The upper frame devices 31A - 31D comprise: combination pulleys 34; wire ropes 35; winding devices 36; winding device brackets 39 configured independently of a leg structure 10, fixed onto lower end parts of legs 11a, 11b on a lower side of an upper frame structure 20. Fixed pulleys 32 of the combination pulleys 34 are fixed to the upper end parts of legs 11a, 11b. Moving pulleys 33 are fixed to the upper frame structure 20, which is supported by the legs 11a, 11b and temporarily fixed in a lower end part of the leg structure 10. One end parts of the wire ropes 35 are fixed to the respective upper end part of the legs 11a, 11b.     【課題】場所を問わずにクレーンの上架構造体を上架して、クレーンを組立てることができ、製造コストと輸送コストを下げることができるククレーンの上架構造体の上架システム及びクレーンの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】上架システム30は、複数の上架装置31A〜31Dを有し、上架装置31A〜31Dが、組み合わせ滑車34と、ワイヤロープ35と、巻取装置36と、上架構造体20よりも下方側の脚11a、11bの下端部に固定されて脚構造体10とは別体で構成された巻取装置用ブラケット39とを備え、組み合わせ滑車34の定滑車32が脚11a、11bの上端部に固定され、動滑車33が脚構造体10の下端部で脚11a、11bにより支持されて仮固定された上架構造体20に固定され、ワイヤロープ35の一端部が脚11a、11bの上端部に固定され、巻取装置36が巻取装置用ブラケット39に固定される構成である。【選択図】図3
