PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane manufacturing method which enables a hoisting height of an upper frame structure of each upper frame device to be detected precisely and constantly when the upper frame structure is to be mounted with a plurality of upper frame devices, and which can prevent an excessive force from being applied on the upper frame structure, and an upper frame system for the crane manufacturing method.SOLUTION: Take-up amounts L1-L4 of a wire rope 35 which a take-up device 36 has taken up are calculated from numbers of revolution ω1-ω4 of a fixed pulley 32A of each upper frame device 31A-31D. Each hoisting height h1-h4 of an upper frame structure 20 which each upper frame device 31A-31D has hoisted is calculated from the take-up amounts L1-L4 and tying numbers n1-n4 of the wire rope 35 wound around a combination pulley 34, and take-up speeds v1-v4 of each take-up device 36 are controlled by feedback so that differences between the hoisting heights h1-h4 may be minimized.

    【課題】複数の上架装置で上架構造体を上架するときに、各上架装置での上架構造体の巻上高さを精度良く、且つ常時検出することができ、上架構造体に過度な力が掛かることを防止することができるクレーンの製造方法とクレーンの製造方法の上架システムを提供する。【解決手段】各上架装置31A〜31Dの定滑車32Aの回転数ω1〜ω4から巻取装置36が巻き取ったワイヤロープ35の巻取量L1〜L4を算出し、巻取量L1〜L4と組み合わせ滑車34に巻き回されたワイヤロープ35の掛け本数n1〜n4とから、各上架装置31A〜31Dが巻き上げた上架構造体20の各巻上高さh1〜h4を算出し、各巻上高さh1〜h4の差が最小になるように各巻取装置36の巻取速度v1〜v4をフィードバック制御する。【選択図】図4
