PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane overload prevention system that is capable of improving work efficiency by using a crane capacity, and a structure construction method using the crane overload prevention system.SOLUTION: This crane overload prevention system is configured such that the work radius of a jib is calculated on the basis of an inclination angle measured by a jin angle detector 30, a rated load is calculated by a rated load curve on the basis of the work radius, when a rear load measured by a load detector 20 exceeds the rated load, for an overload prevention device 40 that outputs the work stop signal of a climbing crane, a plurality of rated load curves are set for every lifting operations of the climbing crane, and a rated load curve is selected according to a used lifting operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】クレーン能力を有効活用して作業効率向上を図り得るクレーンの過負荷防止システム及び該クレーンの過負荷防止システムを用いた構造物施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】ジブ角度検出器30で計測された傾斜角度に基づきジブの作業半径を求め、作業半径に基づき定格荷重曲線より定格荷重を求め、荷重検出器20で計測された実荷重が定格荷重を超えた場合、クライミングクレーンの作動停止信号を出力する過負荷防止装置40に対し、クライミングクレーンの揚程別に複数の定格荷重曲線を設定し、使用する揚程に対応した定格荷重曲線を選択するよう構成した。【選択図】図1
