PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caught-in detector capable of hastening timing to detect caught-in.SOLUTION: A power window device 4 comprises: a motor 7a, which lifts up or down a window glass 3; a first pulse sensor 11 used to detect amount of opening or closing of the window glass 3; and a second pulse sensor 12 used to detect opening and closing direction of the window glass 3. A caught-in control part 16 detects the presence of caught-in by the window glass 3 by using not only output of the first pulse sensor 11 but also output of the second pulse sensor 12 when the window glass 3 is operated to move up.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】挟み込みの検出タイミングを早くすることができる挟み込み検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】パワーウィンドウ装置4は、ウィンドウガラス3を昇降させるモータ7aと、ウィンドウガラス3の開閉量を検出するのに用いる第1パルスセンサ11と、ウィンドウガラス3の開閉方向を検出するのに用いる第2パルスセンサ12とを備える。挟み込み制御部16は、例えばウィンドウガラス3の上昇作動時、第1パルスセンサ11の出力のみならず、第2パルスセンサ12の出力も用いて、ウィンドウガラス3による挟み込みの有無を検出する。【選択図】図1
