PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shield plate structure of a vehicle having high heat shielding performance which is capable of preventing emitted heat from a muffler tube from being transmitted to a fuel tank more securely.SOLUTION: A heat shield plate 8 that does not transmit heat from a muffler tube 4, which is arranged under a body floor panel 3, to a fuel tank 5, in which the heat shield plate 8 consists of at least a stationary plate 9 and a heat shield surface 10, the stationary plate 9 has a fixing point 11 on a mating surface between an upper tank 6 and a lower tank 7 of the fuel tank 5, is formed in a shape extending from the fixing point 11 toward the muffler tube 4, the heat shield surface 10 has a surface between the muffler tube 4 and the fuel tank 5 in a direction orthogonal to a line segment connecting between the muffler tube 4 and the fuel tank 5, and the heat shield surface 10 has a surface covering a tangent range ranging from the muffler tube 4 toward an end edge of the fuel tank 5, and the stationary plate 9 is provided with a heat discharging hole 12 at the fixing point 11 side part of the heat shield plate 8 toward the fuel tank 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】マフラ管から放熱された熱が燃料タンクに伝わるのをより確実に防止することができる遮熱性の高い車両の遮熱板構造を提供する。【解決手段】車体フロアパネル3下部に配置されたマフラ管4からの熱を燃料タンク5に伝えない遮熱板8において、遮熱板8は、少なくとも固定板9と遮熱面10で構成され、固定板9は、燃料タンク5の上部タンク6と下部タンク7の合わせ面に固定点11を有し、この固定点11から前記マフラ管4側に延ばした形状で形成され、遮熱面10は、マフラ管4と燃料タンク5の間に、マフラ管4と燃料タンク5間をつなぐ線分に直交する方向に面を有し、かつ、遮熱面10は、マフラ管4から燃料タンク5の端縁に向けた接線範囲をカバーする面を有し、固定板9には、遮熱板8の燃料タンク5への固定点11側部に排熱孔12が設けられている。【選択図】図2
