PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield plate which can be bent regardless of an external force applied portion, securely absorb impact and improve production efficiency regardless of a shape, and a vehicle structure including the shield plate.SOLUTION: A shield plate 1 includes: a flat plate-like member 2; and stress concentration sections which are formed over the whole surface of the flat plate-like member 2 and are bent by being applied with external force. The flat plate-like member 2 includes a left side plate 5, a right side plate 6 disposed to face the left side plate 5, and a plurality of pillar sections 7 mounted between the left side plate 5 and the right side plate 6. The stress concentration sections are fragile sections 8 formed between the pillar sections 7. The left side plate 5 and the right side plate 6 are disposed at an interval of 0.8 to 10 mm. The pillar sections 8 adjacent to each other are disposed in parallel at intervals of 0.8 to 10 mm. A basis weight of the flat plate-like member 2 is 200 to 2000 g/m.
