PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure responsiveness of various kinds of control devices for diagnostic machines in accordance with the law, while minimizing an increment of transmitting/receiving channels of a CPU, in order to deal with attacks even when an unauthorized device is connected.SOLUTION: A communication device has a CPU 160 that performs authentication of a diagnostic machine 70 and makes a node 30A receive a signal from the diagnostic machine before the authentication of the diagnostic machine is completed, so as to shut down communication with the diagnostic machine when the CPU determines that the diagnostic machine is an unauthorized device according to the authentication process. Further, the communication device includes: an OR circuit 140 that generates a signal for a communication path A6 to which the diagnostic machine is connected, according to an OR operation on a signal from a processing section disposed in the CPU and a signal from a communication path A1 to which the node 30A is connected; an OR circuit 150 that generates a signal for the processing section in the CPU, according to an OR operation on a signal from a communication path Q1 to which the diagnostic machine is connected and a signal from the communication path A1 to which the node 30A is connected; and signal collision avoidance means for avoiding collision between the signals.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】CPUの送受信チャンネルの増加数を最小限として診断機に対する各種制御装置の法令上の応答性を確保し、不正な装置が接続されても攻撃に対処できること。【解決手段】CPU160が診断機70の認証を行い、診断機からの信号を、診断機の認証が完了する前にノード30Aに受信させ、CPUが認証の過程によって診断機を不正な装置と判定した場合に、診断機との通信を遮断する。また、診断機が接続される通信路A6に対する信号を、CPUに設けられた処理部からの信号とノード30Aが接続される通信路A1からの信号との論理和演算により生成するOR回路140と、CPUの前記処理部に対する信号を、診断機が接続される通信路Q1からの信号とノード30Aが接続される通信路A1からの信号との論理和演算により生成するOR回路150と、前記信号の衝突を回避する信号衝突回避手段と、 を備える。【選択図】図1
