PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize charging and discharging of a plug-in electric vehicle.SOLUTION: A method includes: a control step of controlling a renewable energy power generation (REPG) facility not to output generated electric power to a power grid while a renewable energy output control (REOC) event which is an event of controlling reception of renewable energy by the power grid occurs; and a charging step of charging a battery of a plug-in electric vehicle (PEV) connected to the REPG facility via a coupler which is not connected to the power grid by electric power generated by the REPG facility while the REOC event occurs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
