PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of exhaustion of a battery for accessories as well as enhancing efficiency of electric consumption of an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle control ECU20 of an auxiliary charge device 10 determines, after a system of an electric vehicle 12 stops, a voltage drop planned value V0, referring to tables indicating relationships of a voltage V of a battery for accessories, and with an auxiliary charge start time Ts_table(V), and with a voltage drop planned value V0_table(V), calculates a correction coefficient k, using the determined voltage drop planned value V0, and adjust a next auxiliary charge start time Ts on the basis of the calculated correction coefficient k.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
