PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a captive balloon system which can control a mooring position of a baloon.SOLUTION: A captive balloon system in which a balloon body and a mooring device are connected to each other via a mooring cable. The balloon body has a main envelope, and a first side envelope and a second side envelope which are attached to the main envelope, and the mooring device has a tension control device which controls a tensile force of the mooring cable. By controlling the tensile force of an operation cable, relative positions of the main envelope, and the first and second side envelopes can be changed. Preferably, the mooring device controls the tensile force of the mooring cable so that a front part of the baloon body approaches a horizontal position as an air velocity is decreased, and the front part of the ballon body is gradually directed upwards as an air velocity is increased. All of the main envelope, and the first and second side envelopes can be so made as to have a cylindrical shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】気球の係留位置を制御可能な係留気球システムを提供する。【解決手段】気球本体と係留装置が係留索を介して接続された係留気球システムであって、前記気球本体は、メインエンベロープと、前記メインエンベロープに取り付けられた第1のサイドエンベロープおよび第2のサイドエンベロープを有し、前記係留装置は、前記係留索の張力を制御する張力制御装置を有し、前記操縦索の張力を制御することによって、前記メインエンベロープと前記第1のサイドエンベローブと前記第2のサイドエンベロープの相対的な位置を変更可能であることを特徴とする。前記係留装置は、風速が弱いほど前記気球本体が水平に近いようになり、風速が強いほど前記気球本体の前方が上向きになるように、前記係留索の張力を制御することが好ましい。前記メインエンベロープ、前記第1および第2のサイドエンベロープはいずれも円筒形状とすることができる。【選択図】図7
