PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device and program therefor, capable of contributing to high comfort of a facility included in a zone to be monitored by easily acquiring a degree of congestion of people or vehicles in the zone, thereby improving safe operation and convenience of the facility.SOLUTION: The monitoring device acquires an image in a zone to be monitored with a camera 2 of a drone 3. A recognition part 7 recognizes a person on an image picked up by the camera 2 of the drone 3. A calculation part 8 calculates a degree of congestion in each zone on the basis of a ratio of an area which a person recognized by the recognition part 7 occupies to the total area of the zone to be monitored.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】監視対象となる区域での人や車両の混雑度を簡単に求めることにより、区域に含まれる施設の安全運用及び利便性を高めて、施設の快適性向上に貢献する監視装置および監視装置用プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】監視装置は、ドローン3のカメラ2で、監視対象である区域の画像を取得する。認識部7は、ドローン3のカメラ2が撮影した画像上の人を認識する。算出部8は、認識部7が認識した人が占める面積と監視対象である区域全体の面積との比を基にして各区域の混雑度を算出する。【選択図】図1
