PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change over between unmanned operation and manned operation depending on a degree of fatigue even when a driver does not notice the fatigue thereof by himself/herself.SOLUTION: A cargo vehicle includes: a fatigue degree determination part for determining whether a driver is tired; and an operation change over switch part for changing an operation state to unmanned operation from manned operation when the fatigue degree determination part determines the driver is tired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
