PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress lowering of drivability even if a travel amount of a torque of front and rear wheels is large when slip occurs.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device 100 comprises: a slip determination part 112 which determines slip of each of front and rear, and right and left wheels; a basis distribution ratio calculation part 104 which calculates a basis distribution torque which is distributed to the front and rear wheels on the basis of a basis distribution ratio of a request torque and a torque of the front and rear wheels, and which changes the basis distribution ratio on the basis of a result of determination of the slip by the slip determination part 112 when the slip is detected; a rotation number control part 114 which performs torque down of the basis distribution ratio on the basis of a result of slip determination by the slip determination part 112 so that a rotation number of the slip wheel which slips is coincident with a target rotation number; and a torque move part 106 which distributes again a torque down amount of the slip wheel which slips to a basis distribution torque of non-slip wheel which does not slip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
