PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defogging device that integrates fog suppressing by an air conditioning device using a refrigeration cycle with fog suppressing using a heater to provide reduction in power on an air conditioning device side.SOLUTION: The defogging device 2 executes suppressing control for suppressing a behavior of a compressor 103 depending on a position of an air mix door 107 and, when determining that a heater part 21 provided in a windshield 20 needs to be energized during execution of the suppressing control, energizes the heater part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
