PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting the position of a mobile entity such as an aircraft that is hardly affected by an error in received position information about an accompanying aircraft.SOLUTION: In a position information/valid information queue operation 21, position information 105 is stored in a position information queue 25 and validity of the position information 105 is stored in a valid information queue 26. Invalidity is assumed when, for example, input position information 105 is missing, valid information 124 is assumed to be "invalid." A position information group discrimination process 22 involves classifying valid position information into groups, the information being classified into groups for each of adjacent position information. In a position information number maximum group selection 23, a group in which the number of position information is maximum is selected. In an accompanying aircraft position output 24 by previous value interpolation or regression analysis, regression analysis is carried out using position information that is included in a maximum group, and predicted position information 108 indicating the predicted position of an accompanying aircraft 60 is generated. When contents of the valid information queue 26 are all invalid, for example, an accompanying aircraft position that could be effectively predicted last of all is substituted and the present accompanying aircraft position is interpolated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】受信した僚機の位置情報のエラーの影響を受け難い航空機等の移動体の位置予測方法を提供する。【解決手段】位置情報・有効情報キュー操作21において、位置情報105を位置情報キュー25に格納し、位置情報105の有効性を有効情報キュー26に格納する。入力位置情報105が欠測である場合等に無効であると判断し、有効情報124を“無効”とする。位置情報グループ弁別処理22は、有効な位置情報をグループ分けする処理であり、近接する位置情報毎にグループ化する。位置情報数最大グループ選択23において、位置情報数が最大のグループを選択する。前値補間または回帰分析による僚機位置出力24において、最大グループに含まれる位置情報を用いて回帰分析を実施し、僚機60の予測位置を表す予測位置情報108を生成する。有効情報キュー26の内容が全て無効である場合等には、一番最後に有効に予測し得た僚機予測位置で代用し、現在の僚機予測位置を補間する。【選択図】 図4
