PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling performance and lubrication performance, with a cooling apparatus down-sized.SOLUTION: A hybrid-vehicular cooling apparatus 100, having an oil circulation circuit 200 for supplying individual motors 2, 3, an inverter 21 and a lubrication required part 30 with oil ejected from an electric oil pump 101, further includes: a first circuit 210 for supplying the inverter 21 and the respective motors 2, 3 with oil ejected from the electric oil pump 101 and cooled by an HV radiator 103; and a second circuit 220 for supplying the lubrication required part 30 with the oil ejected from the electric oil pump 101 without being cooled by the HV radiator 103.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
