PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the shortening of time to a state enabling an idling-stop when the engine is cold.SOLUTION: A control apparatus includes: a fluid circuit (an engine fluid circuit, a heater fluid circuit and a coolant circuit) for circulating a fluid by connecting an engine, a heater core for radiating heat inside of a cabin, and a water heater included in a coolant cycle for compressing a coolant with a compressor 32 and then expanding the coolant; and a control part 60 for controlling the compressor 32 and an engine auxiliary equipment cluster 66 so that compressor 32 is operated while idling the engine to discharge heat of the coolant from the water heater, thus heating cooling-water in a case where an engine warming-up operation complete condition is not established, with a predetermined stop condition established, the condition for stopping an engine idling, other than the warming-up operation complete condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】冷間時にアイドリングストップが可能な状態になるまでの時間を短縮可能にすることを目的とする。【解決手段】エンジンと、車室内に放熱するヒータコアと、冷媒をコンプレッサ32により圧縮して膨張する冷媒サイクルに含まれる温水加熱器とが相互に連通され、液体が循環する液回路(エンジン液回路、ヒータ液回路、及び冷温液回路)と、エンジンの暖機運転終了条件が不成立で、暖機運転終了条件以外のエンジンのアイドリングを停止する予め定めた停止条件が成立している場合に、アイドリングさせながらコンプレッサ32を作動して冷媒の熱を温水加熱器から放出して冷却水を加熱するようコンプレッサ32及びエンジン補機類66を制御する制御部60と、を備える。【選択図】図2
