PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the regeneration control for a motor when a battery cell is abnormal.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle 10, including a motor 23 and an engine 25, drives the motor 23 by using storage power stored in a battery 50 and generation power generated by the engine 25 driving a generator 31. The battery 50 includes: serially connected plural battery cells; and plural rectifier elements that are each parallel connected to individual battery cells and through which currents flow by bypassing the battery cell when the battery cell is abnormal. In the case of detecting a battery cell being abnormal, regenerative generation by the motor 23 is inhibited, whereas in the case of a travel speed of the electric vehicle 10 being equal to or lower than a given speed, the regenerative generation is permitted. The power generated by the regenerative generation is used for the generator 31 driving the engine 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】電池セルの異常時におけるモータの回生制御を向上させる。【解決手段】電動車10は、モータ23とエンジン25とを備え、バッテリ50に蓄積された蓄積電力およびエンジン25によりジェネレータ31を駆動して発電した発電電力を用いてモータ23を駆動する。バッテリ50は、直列接続された複数の電池セルと、それぞれの電池セルに対して並列に接続され電池セルの異常時に当該電池セルを迂回して電流が流れる複数の整流素子と、を有する。電池セルの異常が検知された場合、モータ23における回生発電は禁止されるが、電動車10走行速度が所定速度以下の場合には、回生発電を許可する。回生発電で生じた電力は、ジェネレータ31によるエンジン25の駆動に用いられる。【選択図】図1
