PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for reducing a risk of relay attack in unlocking a door lock regardless of whether or not a user possesses a radio terminal device.SOLUTION: A communication unit 40 can execute communication using a first communication system. An LF transmission unit 32 transmits a request signal and a measurement signal to a portable apparatus 12 by using a second communication system differing from the first communication system at the communication unit 40. The LF transmission unit 32, depending on whether or not communication by the communication unit 40 is in a connection state, changes the number of times of transmission of the measurement signal succeeding the request signal. A UHF reception unit 34 receives a response signal from the portable apparatus 12 that has received the request signal and the measurement signal transmitted by the LF transmission unit 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
