PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioner and a vehicle having the same in which a driving torque of a compressor can be estimated at a high accuracy even before a circulation of refrigerant in a freezing cycle is stabilized.SOLUTION: A vehicular air conditioner 100 of this invention is constituted in such a way that a compressor 2, a condenser 3, an expansion device 4 and an evaporator 5 are connected by pipes 6a to 6d, there is provided driving torque estimation means 30 for estimating a driving torque of the compressor 2 under application of a freezing cycle 1 where refrigerant circulates and a value of differential pressure between an inlet pressure and an outlet pressure of the condenser 3. The driving torque estimation means 30 estimates an initial driving torque on the basis of a value of the differential pressure at an optional time in a range from the time in which a driving of the compressor 2 is started to a specified time and employs the initial driving torque as an estimated value of the driving torque during a time till the circulation flow of the refrigerant is stabilized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】本発明の目的は、冷凍サイクル内部での冷媒の循環が安定化する前であっても、高い精度で圧縮機の駆動トルクを推定することができる車両用空調装置及びそれを備える車両を提供することである。【解決手段】本発明に係る車両用空調装置100は、圧縮機2と凝縮器3と膨張装置4と蒸発器5とを配管6a〜6dで接続し、冷媒が循環する冷凍サイクル1と、凝縮器3の入口圧と出口圧との差圧の値を用いて、圧縮機2の駆動トルクを推定する駆動トルク推定手段30と、を備え、駆動トルク推定手段30は、圧縮機2の駆動が開始した時から所定時間までの範囲の任意の時点における差圧の値に基づいて初期駆動トルクを推定し、冷媒の循環の流れが安定するまでの間、初期駆動トルクを駆動トルクの推定値として採用する。【選択図】図1
