PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioner comprising a refrigeration cycle having an inner heat exchanger and a cooling fan of a capacitor, which is prevented from using the cooling fan excessively, a vehicle comprising the same, and a control method for a vehicular air conditioner.SOLUTION: A vehicular air conditioner 100 comprises: a refrigeration cycle 1 which has an inner heat exchanger 10 and a refrigerant circuit 50 that connects a compressor 2, a capacitor 3, an inflation device 4 and an evaporator 5 through piping 61-66 to circulate a refrigerant; a cooling fan 7 that generates flow of air for cooling the capacitor; a first pressure sensor 31 that senses a temperature of the evaporator or a temperature of air passing through the evaporator, or a second temperature sensor 32 that has a measurement point between the evaporator and the inner heat exchanger; and an output portion that outputs the detected value by the first temperature sensor or the detected value by the second temperature sensor to a cooling fan control device 40 that controls the cooling fan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】本発明の目的は、内部熱交換器を有する冷凍サイクルと凝縮器の冷却ファンとを備える車両用空調装置において、冷却ファンの過剰な使用を防止した車両用空調装置、それを備える車両及び車両用空調装置の制御方法を提供することである。【解決手段】本発明に係る車両用空調装置100は、圧縮機2、凝縮器3、膨張装置4及び蒸発器5を配管61〜66で接続して冷媒を循環させる冷媒回路50と、内部熱交換器10とを有する冷凍サイクル1と、凝縮器を冷却する空気の流れを発生する冷却ファン7と、蒸発器の温度若しくは蒸発器を通過した空気の温度を検知する第1の温度センサ31、又は蒸発器と内部熱交換器との間に測定点を有する第2の温度センサ32と、冷却ファンを制御する冷却ファン制御装置40へ第1の温度センサの検出値又は第2の温度センサの検出値を出力する出力部と、を備える。【選択図】図1
