PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioner that can estimate driving torque of a compressor with high accuracy even before circulation of a refrigerant inside a refrigeration cycle is stabilized and a vehicle comprising the same.SOLUTION: A vehicular air conditioner 100 comprises: a refrigeration cycle 1 in which a compressor 2, a capacitor 3, an inflation device 4 and an evaporator 5 are connected through piping 6a-6d and a refrigerant is circulated; driving torque estimating means 30 that estimates driving torque of the compressor 2 by using a value of differential pressure between an inlet pressure and outlet pressure of the capacitor 3; and at least one cooling fan 7 that generates flow of air for cooling the capacitor 3. When an airconditioning control unit of the vehicular air conditioner 100 or an engine control unit of a vehicle which is mounted with the vehicular air conditioner outputs a signal for starting the compressor 2, amounts of air blown from a cooling fan 7 are increased prior to starting the compressor 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】本発明の目的は、冷凍サイクル内部での冷媒の循環が安定化する前であっても、高い精度で圧縮機の駆動トルクを推定することができる車両用空調装置及びそれを備える車両を提供することである。【解決手段】本発明に係る車両用空調装置100は、圧縮機2と凝縮器3と膨張装置4と蒸発器5とを配管6a〜6dで接続し、冷媒が循環する冷凍サイクル1と、凝縮器3の入口圧と出口圧との差圧の値を用いて、圧縮機2の駆動トルクを推定する駆動トルク推定手段30と、凝縮器3を冷却する空気の流れを発生させる少なくとも一つの冷却ファン7と、を備える車両用空調装置において、車両用空調装置100の空調制御ユニット又は車両用空調装置が搭載される車両のエンジンコントロールユニットが圧縮機2の起動信号を出力するとき、圧縮機2の起動よりも先に冷却ファン7の送風量が増加される。【選択図】図1
