PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen a contact area in a connection structure of a universal joint yoke and a shaft.SOLUTION: A first yoke 12 (universal joint yoke) includes a cylindrical coupling part 40 into which an end part 3a of a steering shaft 3 is inserted. In a second circumferential region 42 of the coupling 40, a slit 43 extending in an axial direction X is formed. The second circumferential region 42 contains a flexural deformation part 44 flexurally deforming around a support part SP with fastening of a fastening bolt 20 (fastening shaft). The support part SP is arranged on a slit 43 side with respect to a non-fitting region 32 of the steering shaft 3. With flexural deformation of the flexural deformation part 44, a pressing energization part 45 arranged in the flexural deformation part 44 is configured to press and energize the non-fitting region 32 of the steering shaft 3 toward an opposite side of the slit 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
