PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the introduction of air passing through a low end part of the core of a radiator into a fan smoothly.SOLUTION: A vehicular cooling apparatus 1 includes: a heat exchanger 20 for cooling a coolant with travel wind; a fan 30 disposed rearward of the heat exchanger 20; a fan cover 40; and a shroud 50 for guiding air F passing through a core 21 of the heat exchanger 20 to the fan. Further, a front-lower end of the fan cover 40 are disposed at a position upward of a rear-surface-lower-end of the core 21; the heat exchanger 20 is disposed in inclination so that the rear-surface-lower-end of the core 21 is positioned forward of a rear-surface-upper-end thereof by a given distance; and a lower end portion 50a of the shroud 50 is provided with a curved guide part 51 for smoothly connecting the rear-surface-lower-end portion of the core 21 to a front-end-lower-end portion of the fan cover 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
