PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alignment device and an alignment method for metal plates capable of aligning two metal plates on a workbench with an error of 5 mm or less using an indoor crane, efficiently and safely.SOLUTION: A metal plate aligning method using a metal plate aligning device according to an embodiment of the invention comprises: determining a current position of the hoisting tool by a host computer 33 on the basis of an IGPS signal received by a navigation receiver 32; and autonomously moving an indoor crane 2 so that the current position of the hoisting tool becomes a target position on the basis of a deviation between the determined current position and the target position to align the two metal plates; determining an evacuation area for an operator to evacuate on the basis of the current position of the hoisting tool while autonomously moving the indoor crane 2; determining a current position of an operator O on the basis of the IGPS signal received by the navigation receiver 41; and controlling the autonomous movement operation of the indoor crane on the basis of the position of the evacuation area and the current position of the operator O.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】屋内クレーンによって2枚の金属板を5mm以内の誤差で作業台上に重ね合わせる作業において、効率的、且つ、安全に金属板を重ね合わせること。【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態である金属板の重ね合わせ装置では、ホストコンピュータ33が、航法用受信機32が受信したIGPS信号に基づいて吊り治具の現在位置を算出し、算出された現在位置と目標位置との偏差に基づいて吊り治具の現在位置が目標位置になるように屋内クレーン2を自律走行させることによって、2枚の金属板を重ね合わせると共に、屋内クレーン2を自律移動させている際に吊り治具の現在位置に基づいて作業者を退避させるべき退避領域を算出し、航法用受信機41が受信したIGPS信号に基づいて作業者Oの現在位置を算出し、退避領域の位置と作業者Oの現在位置とに基づいて屋内クレーンの自律移動動作を制御する。【選択図】図2
